Group rate discounts: Group discounts are available for those parties who do not require exclusive areas of the ship. This group rate discount is only$16.95  per person and is only valid with Tour 1 & 2, this group rate requires at least 30 or more people when making your reservation. To receive the discounted rate, parties must be pre-book at least two weeks in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking in order to reserve the date and boarding passes. Ticket Conditions

Boarding passes are subject to the following conditions:

1. The M.S. River Rouge reserves the right to refuse boarding or passage.

2. Cruise time is calculated from time of boarding. The date, time, and route are each subject to change without notice.

3. The M.S. River Rouge assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen articles, nor for any loss of life, personal injury, damage or loss to any property occurring without the actual fault of privity of the owner beyond the limitations in the Canada Shipping Act.

4. Passengers are prohibited from bringing food and alcoholic beverages on board as this is a breach of the Liquor Control Act.

5. Appropriate casual dress and proper footwear is required.

6. The holder of this ticket assumes the responsibility for any damage caused to any property of M.S. River Rouge and will be liable for the costs to replace or repair damaged property.

7. Taxes are additional over and above fare.

Refunds & Exchanges: Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event, time and date selection. M.S River Rouge Cruise line does not issue exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Cancelled and Postponed Events: The operation of the vessel is subject to weather and NO REFUNDS will be given for non-performance due to weather or as a result of direct orders from Transport Canada & the Canadian Coast Guard except at the discretion of M.S. River Rouge Cruise line and The Ship's Captain. If an event is cancelled, you will be contacted via the contact information you provided. you will be offered the opportunity to choose an event of equal or lesser value within one year of your original booking, or you can book into a different event by paying the difference between your original ticket and your new booking. In the case of an event cancellation by M.S. River Rouge Cruise line, no service charge will be collected
